L-Track

Pretty awesome stuff eh?
Had it in my expo rig. I pulled it out before I sold that truck but I haven't needed it in another truck yet.
But I'll use it someday.

Looks stronger than e track.
I bought a dodge minivan that was equipped for handicapped with these tracks in the floor but I flipped it before I got the chance to try them

Where you guys buying this? Got a project coming up hopefully that will incorporate this.

The 'double pin' attachment points supposedly are a few hundred pounds stronger than E track according to their ratings.

I got mine from US Cargo Control - they sell on Amazon, but Amazon didn't have 6' track lengths in stock for some reason. :dunno:
It was the same price ordering direct.

I'm not sure what the ratings for E-track are, but the L-track fits in the "valleys" in my Nissan's bed so they don't stick up at all. The rated strength on those fittings shown are 4,000 pounds and 5,000 pounds respectively (not that my pickup bed could necessarily take that). Working Load Limit (WLL) is 30% of rated strength by DOT standards.

Years ago, I installed the same stuff in my toy hauler trailer. It worked well for dirt bikes, a quad, and vw sandrail. After the vehicles are out, I cover it with rugs or scraps of carpet as it is a factory built camping trailer (not a utility trailer) and the rails are hard on bare feet.

I think I bought mine at Industrial Metal Supply in Riverside. I think there may be a branch in Phoenix as well.
