Late model tail lights

Has anyone installed later model tail lights? I was thinking the larger lights from the 03-07 would look cool, but wanted to see some pics before I start cutting.

I saw Eldorado lights frenched in to a 2wd Blazer and it looked pretty cool, but Eldo lights have been done to death.
