Having your overload spring shift like that is common. I think it's caused by the contact surface between the spring and spring perch not being clean as well as the Ubolts not having proper clamp load due to low torque on the nuts. Those blocks aren't helping things, either. Knock your overloads back straight and if you have 5/8 Ubolts torque them to about 225 ft/lbs. If you have 9/16 Ubolts, back off to about 190.
