I'm running a caddy style CV shaft with a reverse slip yoke into a 208. The yoke is new and mic's to spec. I have an old yoke of the same style which also leaks. Presumably the plug in the yoke to allow for machining is leaking.

Any sugestions for sealing it up?
JB weld?

BTW, I have already replaced the output seal and bushing.

Yoke plug leaking

I verified that the yoke plug is leaking. I'm going to seal it from the inside using jb weld or epoxy mix.

JB weld works!

Works like a charm so far. If it leaks in the future, I'll braze or mig it shut.

well since no one has responded, I will. I have heard of that same fix on the slip yokes on regular shafts as well. It works as u found out lol!
