Tune up day. decided to do cap, rotor, plugs and wires. so i thought i'd check the ol' compression while i was at it. didn't like what i found. test was dry, no oil added.

don't know why #7 is so low. should i worry about it? i can feel it running a little rough and thats why i decided to to the comp. test. how long do you think before that cyl. takes a total dump. could be a valve i guess, i'd have to do a leak down.

possible its a ring on #7, when my tree fiddy was in its death throes I had a couple cyl's really low, the rings were non existant in those cylinders.

So do i really want to pull the heads off my wifes daily driver to see whats up? /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

might as well get a lt4 hot cam to put in while i'm at it. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
