Lets see some IFS rigs...

Nice truck! Has it been re-geared? 3.73's and 37's might not make the tranny a happy camper when towing.
Also look into some front end upgrades. A couple guys at my church have newer 2500hd's ranging in tire size from 35-40" and they all have problems wearing out the front ends.

Mines not a diesel but my front end parts are origional(except a wheel bearing) and i have 103,000 on a 2003 with 37s since new. If i got that out of them i cant really complain, when time comes ill buy gm replacements i guess

thanks, im pretty sure they are stock, the guy who owned it before was more of a show off guy, really wasent concerned about performance.

i may downsize to 35's and 4 inch lift if towing with the 37's becomes a problem.

I crawled under it and was very suprised with the condition of the lift, im guessing it has not been on the truck for probably more than 10k on it.

hmmmmmmmmmmm lets see............

sell the ifs lift....say 1k possibly more

SAS, watch for good deals and do it for 2 or 3k

On a different note, i was in mobile for 2 months in sept-0ct. i looked at a nice crew cab at the ford dealership off of airport bulivard and I65.

What were you doin down this way??

How much did they want for it? Duramaxs seem to hold their value around here.

to be completely honest i did it a long time ago. lol we have 6 trucks (4 pickups, a suburban, and the hoe) all that body style, and keeping all those bulbs replaced gets annoying. lol

Buy better bulbs?

I owned a '92 Blazer K1500 for four years after buying it in '98 from my parents who had owned it since new and don't think we ever replaced any of those bulbs in the decade we owned that truck.

Really, I replaced the ones in mine last fall, and that was only because a turn signal went out. The side markers were still working, and I hadn't touched them since I bought it. Buy some good Sylvania 194's and call it good. For a vehicle to have so many lights, and to be proud of them, to have some that are burned out (or taken, in this case) looks terrible. It's like having a huge bacon cheeseburger, without the bacon. Something's missing.

And what I do when I replace a bulb, is to do all in that set so I don't have to pull everything apart again and again, 'cause if one's gone, the others are going soon.

Oh and I like lights, so when I see things dressed up like this, I kinda dig it. I installed clearance marker lights on mine last fall:D

Ya I went to the parts store today and got a box of 20 today. Lol that should last me a while! Lol and yours looks nice at night, everyone around here that has dodges have those silly clear lenses on their truck and blueish lights. Not a fan of those. So back in go the corner markers, your right it's just not complete!

Funny thing is, mine were for a Dodge.:haha: They are in the smoked flavor, blend in nicely during the day.

Just because its been a while. :D Bought it about 2 weeks or so ago.

'93 1ton crewcab 4wd 454/4l80e. Drives awesome but does sadly suck the gas :doah:
