My 84 K30, 454/sm465/np205, Dana 60/70 with 4.10 gears. She needs a little work but will still haul out over a cord of wood in the bed with ease.
Here's a local truck. It's a buddy of mine. I'd never sell it if it were me but... just look at the truck.

1987 V3500 Dually pickup, 454, Dual tank, TBI, SM465, Sierra Classic, camper special, Dana 60/Dana 70HD 4.10, NP205, 9' Fisher
Someone long ago put electric hydraulic dump body on. Dually bed will be put back on in time. Original cab corners and rockers, sooooo rare for a new England truck. Yes, it had seen salt but it has been oil undercoated every other year for the last twenty. I have the title from 1990. Please see my wanted ads to help finish this and other one tons.

Finally got rid of the g*d d*mn queer-ass stainless steel stove top burner drip trays! Will post image of whole rig when I can.
Lost clutch slave in middle of plowing snow storm in winter. It was interesting getting it moved and parked for a while. Line and slave now replaced, back on road (with presentable wheels)

1987 body K30 with around 3" ish total lift on 255/85/16 tires . vortec 5.7L engine / edelbrock pro flo 4 efi / th400-203-205 ord kit / 4.10 gear & g-80 rear / fisher 8ft HD speedcast snow plow or 9ft blade if all powder snow . she is a ANIMAL !

sweetK30...great use of your truck. I've actually unloaded Dana 60's with my plow frame! How about a night shot? Even on a summer like evening, things can look like Christmas here.
moving around half a body and frame of a parted k30 with 1/2 ton roller axles and the fisher plow frame .
also just used it today for a huge item to pickup and put in the shop . also used it for pulling old fence and deck poles out of the ground . done so much with it its not funny .
the rock was the worst to rig up and heavy to lift . snow plow last winter moved it super easy . . . but getting it back was the fun part 1foot .

I'll put a couple updated pics up of my V3500 I posted a few pages back. Truck's been on the road for a few years now being used all over the west, and I love the 8.1/NV4500. Tows pretty darn good for what I use it for, and it's a blast to drive.
And I just bought this 84 K30, mainly cause it was cheap. Has a 6.2/TH400/205 and 1-tons with 4.10's. Body is a little rough, especially the bed, but the motor will be sold, axles will go to my brother for a burban he has, and I think I'm gonna take the frame, cab, and front clip and build it into a wheeler/mud truck with a frame shortening and an exo cage, probably over the next year or so, not in a huge hurry with it
