Do you switch back and forth between the hard top and the soft top or is the bottom pic taken before you got a soft top?

switch back and forth, when u get 12 in of snow on the soft top its not very nice to it.

top pic taken ~6 months ago
bottom maybe a month ago

Is it difficult to remove and reinstall the soft top? See, I thought about getting a soft top but I wanted to still have the hard top option and thought it would be too much of a pain to switch.

I currently have a pulley system in my garage to lift the hard top off my Blazer. But I would love to not worry about rain all the time in the summer.

its kinda like removing the hard top, with a few more screws, 5 bolts per side and then there are 4 more brackets 2 on each side with 2 phillips screws holding them on. and also 4 cotter pins that hold the pins that hold the poles that go across that hold it up. but on the negative side atleast for my top theres screws going across tailgate and windshield top, all in all takes me about 15~20mins to take completely off, 25~30 to install, because i got to put togther the poles that hold the top up alot easier to take apart then to put back togther.

i feel that its worth it cus in the summer when i want to go up north or just go about, if it rains i can throw the top up instead of getting soaked cus i got to go home to put the hard top on.
top is a button top, i can put it down in about a min, but back up in 5min or under. would like a fast trac but no one makes em it seems.

Very nice rig man. How bad was the carnage after the flop?

Hood= trash (wasnt very good to begin with)
Fenders= trash (trash to begin with)
Doors= trash
quarters= hammered
windshield frame= seen better days
cage= might be salvagable

Yeah, it does look like the cage is salvageable. Whats the specs on the whole rig?
