Let's See Your Firewall Mods

That intake is sweet, ever have any problems with it going to the cabin, backfire? bad smells? Counter acting the heater maybe? looking to do something similar my self, I'm removing the entire factory a/c and heat and putting in a small one switch heater in order to clear the firewall and my dash.

I saw a guy at Blazer Bash a few years back and he had cut down from the hole that was left over and then covered it in Plexy Glass. Was way cool

Never had a backfire and I don't have a heater. Only bad smells would be from the driver :doah:

Nice, with your TBI setup backfire isn't much an issue , lil worried with my carburated bb then again any backfire will probably be user error along with the bad smells ha.. I have a fiberglass piece that goes around a circle normal air filter setup with two hose outlets, trying to think of where to put the other hose which would go toward the steering column if i ran one like yours... I also need to run a heater, ive had a few cars with broken heat and winter time around here sucks without it...

Here's one I did recently on my '72.... the swingout fender really makes changing the heater core a snap!

Not really.

There's nobody around here to see it in person...'cept the wife and dog. Neither of them is particularly impressed to be honest.
