I'm putting in some aftermarket seats and of course they don't have any mounting brackets. They have 4 small tabs that would be easy to hook to a cage but there's no cage in the DD. So I'm looking for ideas on using the existing holes in the floor.

I modded the stock pedestals to hold my corbeaus, still have the flip fwd on the passanger. Now that i learned how to link to pics i'll see if i can post some, but ya know, if we had gone out to truckhaven last weekend you coulda seen them in person.:D

Great I think the corbeaus should be pretty close to the seats I'm using. The other problem I'm running into is I have sliders for both sides and for some reason I'm stuck on how to mount these stupid things.

on the truckhaven part....I've heard that alot lately so now that I have my schedule for 2008 I'm looking into planning a trip and I may just have to bbq for everybody one night or something.:D But more on that later.....

back to seat mounting

Heres what I did to mount my Beard super seats. I used the corbeau brackets for mounting two buckets in a 73-87 truck. Welded angle iron to the corbeau sliders and drilled holes in the side of the angle and bolted the seats in. I will attch them to a cage when I get one, but right now it works great. Pics suck, but the truck is at home and Im at school.
