how much lift can i expect with the DIY shackle flip with 6.5" shackles on the rear and the B52 with 6.5" shackles in front?....will it sit level and if not then what needs to be done to sit it level?...the biggest tire i plan on running is a set of 36" IROK's and it is daily driven for now on 33's so im thinking of going with 4.56's for a happy medium

any advice or ideas?

OK I'll give this a shot, the shackle flip will give you right about 4" lift based on using a stock lenth shackle (4.5") so going with the 6.5" shackle you will gian 1 more inch, so approx 5" total in the rear. I have not done a 52 swap (yet) but from what I have read/heard depending upon spring condition you will gain approx. 3" lift , again with stock length shackles. So add another 1" for the shackle length and you are at 4" on the front. Since most k5's suffer from the "saggy but" issue you may be close to level, if not simply (and cheaply) add a zero rate to
either end or adjust your shackle length accordingly.
As far as your gear swap, 4.56's should be plenty, if you are still running the 3.08's as per your sig it will feel like you put a supercharger on that thing:D . IMHO if you are still going to use this as a DD or even a frequent driver you may want to consider 4.10's, I ran 4.56's with 35's and 36x14.5 swamper radials but I was running a 700 trans so I had overdrive for the highway. With a non OD trans if you plan on any highway driving (65mph+ ) you may be a little high in the rpm's especially w/ the 33's. Just my $.02 , hope it helps.:D
