yeah, I think I just may do that. I have already had one new one made, and instead of top lock all metal lock nuts, the spring shop just had some really long nuts, probably an inch of threaded area. Are these nuts ok? I may run into town tomorrow and get some more nuts, and a new 1/2" drive ratchet, since I've killed mine :o

Those crossties are pretty sturdy.. I can get beside the burb and push it back and forth with all my might and it won't budge at all. I don't think its going anywhere... but if yall don't hear from me anytime soon...lol........:thinking:
 
That is scary dude! No wonder you are having such a hard time with the project. It almost looks like you are trying to install those front springs with a rock and a stick for tools.

the guy was going to put 52's under it, and he wasnt sure how he was going to get it high enough to put the tires under it when it was done. He ended up having a Shop do it for him.
