when u did the number crunching did u make the two yokes parallel at rest or parallel under load?

yes I told him what you told me. I wasn't there when he actually did it the first time at my house. He was here using my air tools. Seems to be fine now. Is been driving a few days now. Not sure why Shackle 1 inch longer mattered that much. Took a while but got done. Thanks for the help

What i forgot to tell u is that once u had the parelle u would need to add anther 2* of down ward angle to the axles yoke for spring rap under load (even when you are driving down the road with nothing in the bed or no trailer on the back theres still a small amount of spring rap do to just the weight of the truck).

bringing this back up again. The little off-road. Early Saturday. Some climbs. Pretty steep hill. Lots of wheel hope.. No idea why. Runs great down the road. Thanks to the help
