I went out to the garage....first thing I do is put the keys in.....turn it to start...put gear in reverse and voila! Reverse lights are working....

Not sure what happened...I don't remember having it fixed last night....

Stay calm, Chief, I've seen this before. Its treatable.

Its called sleep-fixing.

In addition to things mysteriously getting fixed, sufferers often wake up with greasy hands, and strange stains in bed.......


Of course, that can also be a sign of something else...............

Hey sorry chief I just saw your question. It's NOT safe to drive without a windshield. We have all had rocks hit our windshield that would do some damage if it was to hit us in the face. That said, I risked it and just rocked some safety glasses and hoped for the best. A full face shield and you would be fairly safe. The other thing is I do believe that in Oregon it is illegal to drive a car without a windshield in it. Or a rearview mirror... But it wasn't too bad.
