lights issue

good day all,

the problem I have is as follows:

• headlights and tails lights/breaks work normally
• when I switch the turn signal on (right or left) the front signal works normally, but both rear signal lights go on together as if the warning lights are turned on
• when I use the break, everything stops blinking and just stay continuously on, even the front signal lights.

what could the problem be?

Had a truck once with some goofy issues. Turned out PO had stuck single filament bulbs in double filament sockets.

Ditto and I did it again to myself later... That's what happens when you switch from a 76 to an 84 without cleaning out your spare parts supply...
