I just got my tuff country 4” front springs, ORD FUSH kit, ORD HD shackles and bilstein 5125’s installed but I’ve run into a problem. The shocks look like they are already to compressed and there is no weight on them and the upper shock mount just has a sleeve and there is extra room between the frame and the top of the shock. It looks like it needs a spacer. The front shocks are part #: 33-186542

I ordered the rocomended shock based off the chart on ORD’s site.

I know there have been several others on here that have done this same install, any thoughts?

I made spacers for mine but I'm running 6" springs and the shocks I got from ord seem perfect

We would need to see the shock with the boot off. Measure the extended and collapsed lengths when you have the shock off next.

That is the correct part number. There should be no issue. Even by the photo it doesnt look bad.
