Well, it will be once I pick it up later today. 6'x12' cargo hauler trailer for the low, low price of come pick it up. Don't really need it, don't even really have a use for it, but figured I could fix up the minor issues it has and flip it. I would have a pic but the post got deleted before I could grab it (on Facebook). I guess some people got a bit beligerent about it after he had agreed to let me have it. Story goes he tried to donate to a couple scout troops, but they didn't want to fix it, and he finally posted it for pick up. I figured worst case I could scrap it and make some quick cash, but it sounds like it should be fairly easy to fix:

Needs tires, fenders, and a tongue jack
Welding on rear door latch, bottomed out a few times and damaged it
And some screws replaced on floor

I'm thinking I can fix the interior a bit nicer with some lighting and some vinyl tile, and if I can't find a good use for it I can flip it for at least 1500 based on what they are going for locally. I will post pics tonight after I get it picked up.

And I already sold it. My little brother has a 13 Road King and this trailer is perfect for him. I tried to give it to him but he insists on paying a bit. Works for me and gets him what he needs. Plus I can always borrow it when I need it.

It is a Pace American, with the independent suspension and electric brakes. Most everything it needs will be simple and it should serve well for many years.

I kept that short, and I still didn't take any pics because my brother wanted it.

Looks like it is 6'x10', square nose and in decent shape inside. Had some metal freestanding shelves in it that I will be keeping for my garage. The back doors have worn the hinges out and we will have to address that. The front side door has a brace that is not welded at the bottom, so it swings out a little, but it is a super easy fix. The tires are shot, and my brother is going to get a new set. Inside it has cargo lights and all the wood appears to be in great shape. All the exterior lights worked except brake and turn signals, but the wiring is shot on the tongue. Going to replace it anyway because they have a 4 pin there which doesn't use the brakes, and my brother will want the brakes working with his fancy toy in it.

His idea is to be able to take the family down to Tucson, ride around with his FIL, and haul it back, all while ensuring the Harley stays clean and secure. I can't blame him, but I didn't even know he was looking. Glad I jumped on it and got it, and I will likely charge him a pittance compared to what it is worth. It is light enough he could even tow it behind his TJ, which allows him to do some wheeling when he is out on trips.

And, as I said, I can use it whenever I need to. He feels like he never finds these good deals, but he just did and won't admit it. He thinks that I found the deal and he didn't, which is only true if you ignore the fact that I could have sold it for $1k+ and he is getting it for far less than that. Either way, I'm happy I grabbed it and that he can use it.
