I need all metal lock nuts, right? The ones in the top left corner, are those locking nuts? I'm kinda dubious about those grade C zinc plater locking nuts.. So which would I be best off using?

I just found out that my girlfriend's dad is good friends with the guy who owns the only spring shop in town. He recently repaired his welder for free, and the guy owes him some favors......so that may have the u bolt I need, all the bolts, and center pins covered
