Long story short, working on a DIY project. I could use Plywood, but want something different. Im trying to find some composite material. I need sheets of 10' x 8' respectively.

Im going to build a TearDrop type trailer for off roading.

Below is what im looking for, just need to find it in the USA.

what kind of skin are you looking for, alum or fiberglass?

pretty common in my trade.. haven't used any honeycomb/core stuff in a few yrs, but i can certainly find a local distributor easy enough... can't vouch for pricing tho, it certainly isn't plywood money.... and i doubt sheets that large are available, iirc, they come in 4 x 10's...

Nidacore. go to their website and fill out the info sheet, they will send you a sample box of nidacore products. Their small squares, but they have different types to fit your needs. And they do come in large sheets- though 10x8 might be a special order, and you'd have to get it through your distributor.

Im going with plywood. Easier to work with, cheaper and readily available.

Thanks everyone. :D
