I'll soon be in the market for a K30 CC. I want to ditch the 92 C1500 I have since it wont get around in the snow too well and doesnt fit the family. I want something fairly rust free, but fender and door sill rust is acceptable. Year doesnt really matter but it will be a family truck, not a work truck, so nothing wired and taped together. I dont care about engine size or tranny, but manual is prefered. DRW or SRW, I'll take either. Gotta be running and highway drivable.

Basically, if its a CC and 4x4 that runs and drives well, I'll look at it. I dont know what the budget will be, but can safely assume that anything under $4k is game. I can possibly go as far as 1k miles from Minot North Dakota.

Also, notice how I put the search together. The "|" symbol is an "OR" search variable on CL.

I'll get flamed for this, but who knows alot about Fords? I owned one in the past and other than it having the C6 (no OD) and 4x2, I really liked it and didnt have too many problems with it. I'm having a hard time finding 4x4 CC's in the GM variety, but have found a ton of Fords. Might have to go that route.

Fords suck :haha: unless they have a Cummins under the hood :D.

I have a 79 GMC 1ton 4x4 crew cab but it would need a good tune up,a real good cleaning  and some other minor work before it'd be a driver. Plus it'd need some tires. $1400 buys it.

Is it in the For Sale section on here? I think I saw it posted, but not sure. WHat kind of work does it need? Think it'd make it to ND towing a Burb?
