loose steering column

the steering column on my buddys 75 chevy truck is loose, it's a tilt wheel, please /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

there are four screws down in the base of the column that need tightened, it requires disassembly of the column to repair it. do a search and you'll probably find detailed results as to what is needed.
