Exactly. You could be anybody on the phone. It's a pain, but it's much better to go in person. Best case is to drive the rig there. Plus it lets you see whou YOU'RE dealing with.From what I know, you can't call a shop and expect them to say they will break the law. A bit different if they can physically see who they are dealing with.
