CO LOTs of stuff. Softtopper, HO Alternators, suspension, shafts, Hydro assist, Crossover, Coolers

Can you run a shipping estimate on the np241 to 95066? Probably prohibitive.....

OD just gave me a quote of 482.00. Lol. I used 110lbs (case plus pallet), and residential delivery, non lift gate. I could call and get it better estimate that would be closer if you want.

Maybe though see if anyone is running across the country down in the rides needed area

I've shipped NP241 and NP208 in rubbermaid totes via FedEx. It comes in just under their max weight and it's worth the $5 or whatever to have them come pickup it up. That's been several years ago, so I don't know for sure if they'll still do it.

I am interested - I need to convert my 241 to 32 spline for 4l80 with a rebuild it so this might be a good shortcut. I will look at the rides needed section today

Hmm. I'll look into that.

Rubbermaid and lots of duct tape. I always just added them to the cost of shipping. :D
I shipped a 208 with FedEx by making a box frame with 2x4s and shronk wrapped it.
I didn't ship too far but the rate was very reasonable, I think it was $50 for one zone off

I will be in Denver tomorrow, think I could do an np241 carry-on?!?!

That would be epic. I'm going to work on the fedex thing, just got slammed in the shop today with emergencies and haven't had a chance.

Btw - been meaning to check out the speedometer setup I have on my 91. Do you happen to know if your t-case is the same or if it is an easy swap? I will be back home and get some pics/details on Thursday.

My case is a cable speedo from an 89. Speedometers are overrated. GPS is the bee's knees

Yep, want to go that route ASAP but don’t know if I can swing it as part of my pending drivetrain swap.

I'm still hoping to get to weighing the case and checking fedex. Hoping to get to it tomorrow. To many things needed attention today.

Sitting in DEN, flight delayed due to your beautiful weather.... Bring it over to the airport:D

This friggin weather is one thing kicking my ass right now. Contractors are repouring the slab today for another garage here. Heavy freezing fog last night.... FML

Checked out Fedex. Would have to find a tote at walmart. I should be able to build something out of wood to keep the case from moving around inside the tote. Then duct tape the hell out of it.

Fedex is quoting 94.00 for ground for 80816 to your area. Sterilite tote or simliar are like 10 bucks.

So shipping would be about 105.00ish. I'll slap a second shipping label on the case as well.

Need to look at Fastenal for shipping. Go to their website fill out the quote form and they get back to you the next day. The only issue is you have to drop off and pick up at a Fastenal location. I shipped a sm465 and tcase, flywheel and clutch from Indiana to Oregon. Built a box on top of a pallet to ship. Was over 400lbs IIRC. $180 to ship.
