I was going to suggest Pac-Fab until I got to the end of your question. Unfortunately, they are GOOD at what they do and you'll either end up buying from them or taking the time to make your own. I'm personal friends with both Kevin and Jason and they're stand-up guys who will tell you what you need to make the swap successful. You could also search for RyanB as he used to work for Kevin back in the beginning and has a 1st gen blazer with an LS engine and he was actually the one that made the LS swap direction that Pac-Fab is know known for today.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know if they were still in business. I messaged them through pirate4x4 and called and left a message. I haven't heard anything back. Do you know if they sell the cross member cheaper if the buyer welds it themself?

Yes they are still in business. Not sure when you called and left a message but the shop has been closed for the last week or so as they were in Moab for the annual wheeling trip. They should be back and open for business again tomorrow so you might want to give them a call sometime tomorrow.

I'd second Pac Fab. Good guys over there and when it comes to LS swaps I don't think you could be in better hands.
