M1028- [under new management]

I've been to Kansas many times. I know what the roads are like.

I have no idea what that has to do with anything......

I'm implying that Fullerton didn't look like it was much. Just teasing. I just really want to get a good group down here for memorial weekend

Truck is sold. Went to someone that will make use of it more than i would. He's friends with some of the guys on here so that's cool.

Hey guys. I'm the one that bought it. Buddy of mine that works at Restore showed me the listing when it went up for sale. Went up to look at it and ended up getting it as it's a much better and stronger rig than my current one. I live in Lincoln and know a few of the guys on here. I never bothered to read this build thread before i bought it because my buddy at Restore told me there weren't many pictures - well i'm assuming he's not a premium member (neither am I), so that's why i didn't bother reading the build thread - just talked to the guy i bought it from.

Just got around to making it all the way through the thread and it was pretty cool to see how far the truck has come and how it's kind of been kept within the lincoln/wahoo area wheeling crew.

I haven't had a chance to get it out yet - was going to take it to River Rally on the Platte this weekend, but it got cancelled due to the flooding. Hoping to go with the boys to Tuttle soon to get it out for the first time.

I haven't done anything mechanical with the truck yet - was going to replace the tcase rear seal, but like it was said earlier, i think it's coming from the front output seal actually. I had a real seal, but the more i got into it, it definitely looks like the front seal is the culprit.

Current project on it is i took out the dash cover and am installing a bluetooth amp under the dash and throwing speakers on top of the dash, and then had a buddy 3D print a mount for two 6" speakers to sit between the seats on the back of the cab.

I know it's the 2nd time now on this thread we're talking about cosmetics, but hopefully it'll help drown out at least a little noise from the 6.2!
