I wonder if that's possible to do with the axle under the truck. And I still need to get the stud out.

With this fixture we can drill the stud out and should be directly on center. Axle being under the truck will be an issue. Need room for power drill and room to push and create enough force to drill and ream. Don't want to do this in the rain unless absolutely necessary. If so then we will get it done one way or another.

That's so cool. I love the block bolted to the housing to get an ancor for the C clamp. That was my first thought, how the hell is he gonna hold that side down???....
