Massive garage with small house...

If I get my way, my next place is a 4000sqft shop with a 1500sqft house inside.
My ex wife and her other husband lived on a pig farm as hired hands for a while.
Their apartment was about 12-14 hundred SQft in one corner of a 20-30' tall machine shop about 75x150 or more.
I was completely in love with the setup.
He bowed out and quit when they said he had to masterbate pigs to collect semen, then use a fake pig wang to shove it in the females
Apparently farm pigs are HORRIBLE at aiming lol.

I have several house plans saved in case I ever come into some money and can build me a barndo; this is one. although I wonder if I should do a 2 bedroom

I've brainstormed living in our warehouse/office building. 50x100 with 1100 of office added externally on one long side and a full length 17ft wide lean to on th opposite side. Everything about it would be awesome except it's the shop property and not my house.
