There will be two different kit numbers. They go by the shackle bushing size. The springs are 1.5" unless you get to the 56" springs for 3/4 and 1 tons then they're bigger.
The shackle bushing sizes that ORD commonly sells are 1 3/8" and 1 1/2".

A few of the later year K5's have the larger metric bushing size in the spring. Works out to be 1.70". I had Kert machine up some bushings that were a light press fit in the spring so I could run the much more standard 1.5" bushing.

IIRC ORD does list the larger metric bushing on their site.

On an 87 Blazer it's very likely to have 1-1/2" bushings. The last few years of the solid axle trucks, they did go to metric bushings that are ~1.7" but I haven't seen one earlier than 87. But you never know, and people swap things around all the time.

On an 87 Blazer the shackle bushings are 1-3/8" for sure (never went metric there).

Not sure what's going on with our site but we should have it fixed Monday.

Thanks Chris for a response. We talked a while back and you told me to take shackle off and measure so with wife and baby girl at her moms in MN I did what you told me to :D.

Yep, the 64" rear springs use the 1.7" bushings which puts them more towards the metric sizes. Even the ORD site shows that for the springs, too. I need to order those for my 64's soon.
