Oh i've been round and round with the camera situation. Funny thing is I parked right outside my window and 3wks after my tires got slashed, somebody slashed my soft top and when the torx bolt that holds in my radio was too much for the re re that was trying to steal it decided my $20 O'Reilly tach was worth enough to steal, however, they cut it right behind where the wires go into it so it's pretty much worthless. Oh and my soft top unsnaps from the truck.....worthless pieces of !@#$%^&*(*))(*&^%$#@!

What's the camera situation?
When my K5 was broken into, the apartment managers were absolutely no help. It was also a gated community. Then when people got robbed at gunpoint and assaulted in the parking lot, they still only had 2 really bad cams on the gates, that couldn't even read the license plate #'s of all the cars coming and going.
I took my business elsewhere.
They have multiple security cameras at the gates but the night before my tires got slashed they "suppossedly got turned" which is bs and when it got broke into, I saw all the cameras and didn't recognize any vehicles who I had suspected. As soon as my lease is up I'm out for sure but until then I better not catch anybody else f'ing with my truck or it's on! You got beef with me bring it to my face, leave my sh!t alone...
Yeah, that sucks man... hate it for you.
Someone broke into mine and stole my stereo gear and my tools. Granted, they were cheap stereo and tools, but they were all I had at the time.
