Members map see post #1 for map link

Would be cool to hear if it helps any members meet up. Would be even more cool if I was able to make a trip and use it to meet up with some of y'all.

I've made such a trip 3 years in a row now (starting to think about year 4 now that spring is arriving). I've met up with CK5 guys on at least 20 different occasions (last one was down in the Gulf a few weeks ago). It's been fun seeing folks all around the country, and I've gotten some excellent sight seeing advice from guys who know their areas better than the tourist brochures do.

Of all stupid things, I completely forgot about this map when I was down South, it would have given me some contacts to look up instead of just posting a random Lounge thread.

you and me got taken off the map.........:dunno:
Must be the government!!
Oops! It must have been...you are back on there @sreidmx @bergerking did you spell your name incorrectly:haha: on the map...because I see you on there still at 92277. Visually I think the pin for more recent zip code addition goes over the older one, so I will manually move them apart a little bit just so they can be seen on the map.

@CK5 This is a pretty cool project. Seems like something that would be nice on the top link bar
maybe a link to "members map" under "CK5'ers" or next to it, along with a link to this thread for updates.

*edit* If possible, it would be cool if the "location" link under your avatar referenced the map as well.

It's 1am here, and me and her are making a cake and messing around on the map, you can literally zoom up and see houses on it. Seen my old work car at my parents house. And Canada is a remote place. Wow. Neat

Yup, it's pretty neat. Its just a google map with Points of Interest posted on it. The POI just happen to be members zip codes since I was the one setting up the map and @sreidmx (and I'm sure a few others) had a great idea to do so.

Glad you are enjoying it.
