So I've heard bad things about Mickey Thompson baja belted tires. They came on my 79 blazer when I bought it. What's your guys opinions? Thanks

ive had them before
my only complaint is they weren't very good on the highway good in the sand fair on the rocks

At this point wouldn't they be pretty old as well? I thought they had been discontinued for awhile now.

As far as performance goes, a buddy had a set years ago on a solid axle 4runner, I remember them being even worse then my swampers on wet roads and not good in mud.

Im running Baja Radials. Had them for 3-4 years now. They work great in sand & dirt. I havent had them in super mucky mud, so dont know how well they work in mud.

They work ok on the highway but IMO, wear too fast. I have less than 10k miles (probably closer to 5k) and they are 1/2 way worn or more.

One of the other keys to the M/T tires is Tire Pressure. I was getting some nasty worn edges at 32psi. I called M/T and they said not to go over 28psi , so I set the tires to that and havent had any more issues.
