mid 70's side trim measurments and 2 tone Q?

I need to know how far it its from the top chrome strip to the bottom in order to 2 tone with the correct porportions.

Can anyone help me? I know the top goes on the body line so I could measure from that to the bottom so it looks right.

Also did all 2 tones in the 70's include the beltline and cab top and b-pillars?
