I don't know if I am excited or worried at this point
Does anyone know how much longer the 10L90 trans would be?
I hope I can get the 208 bolted up to the trans.

I just ordered a custom 38 gal tank for this swap, sounds like the wiring is gonna be a few bucks also.

They are TMI products I shopped around and bought from various vendors. The rear came directly from TMI

Will my 241 bolt up to this trans?
I think I might need a 32 spline input shaft but if the bolt pattern is the same along with the shaft length I would think it should work. This is a 10l80 trans. I was told by the company making the wire harness they do not control the trans which would be a drivers side drop anyway.20190817_143912.jpg 20190816_105651.jpg 20190816_105622.jpg 20190817_143915.jpg

Did you mean to say that they don't control the transfer case? Just wondering, cuz I am very curious to see how this all works out. I had a 6L80E years ago, and was told by one company that they couldn't make a 2010 transmission work, so I sold it.

As far as mating a 241 to your transmission, I believe that you will need a few more dimensions of the diameter of the adapter to find out if it will work. Or just test fit it!! Watch for clearance for the front driveshaft, I would be curious if you will need to do a slight modification to the exhaust.

The exhaust will most likely have to be completed redone. I was not able to get the stock manifolds to clear the frame without having to notch it out, so we bought some swap headers. I can ask my tuning/harness buddy about that 10 spd if you want.

As I understand the transfer case runs through a different harness.

But I would appreciate any help it seems this will be the first k5 10 speed!

So now I found out the gauge set I put in does not seamlessly connect with the l86 and 10l80 harness. I guess I will be selling my gauges.20190808_062401.jpg 20190817_232311.jpg
