Well, I am going to look at a 90 K5 with a 6.2 tomorrow night. The body is suppose to be bad, but it is suppose to run really good. I am either going to swap the body from the other K5 I just bought or do a drivetrain swap. What should I look or listen for on the 6.2?

Make sure you get to see it start up from dead cold. It shouldn't miss or smoke too much. Smoke on cold start is normal, but it should clear pretty quick (10-30 seconds depending on ambient temps)

Running rough at start up is a sign of a bad glow plug or bad compression in that cylinder.

Inspect the vibration dampner, there shouldn't be any rubber 'squirting' out...if there is it'll need replacing.

Other than that most stuff will be obvious. Oil leaks, knocks etc etc.
