Yes.
If its a 10 or 27 spline input on the 205 you will need to have a machine shop bore the case to accept the larger bearing that accompanies the 31 spline input.
31 and 32 spline input = big bearing
10 and 27 spline input = small bearing
31 and 32 spline input = big bearing
10 and 27 spline input = small bearing
There is also a rumored small bearing that will allow the 31 or 32 spline shaft to be installed without boring the case. I've never personally seen this bearing or even a part number to verify it's availability.

How are you going to do to seal the C6 tranny from the t-case. All Ford NP205s have a front seal housing, while Chevy NP205s with the figure 8 bolt pattern don't.

Well he's going to need to make an adapter anyways so i'm sure he will have the adapter made so that the seal is in the adapter.
