i just purchased a used d60 front with rockstomper crossover steering and tierod. can i use ORD parts like tre's or convert to high steer with what i have or do i have to start over?

To stick with crossover, you should be able to use what you have, I think the RS arms are totally flat though and without the angle cut to make up the kingpin inclination angle, you'll bind up the TRE's easily.
For highsteer, you should bail on what you have and start over. The arms really need to match up and have the right linkage so that it all works right and is durable.
