Moab Rim RV Campark Offical 2015 Blazer Bash camping! 10% Discount All cabins booked!

These are the things I need to know! So when some say hi I'm Steve I don't say some thing stupid!!! :doah:Yea they even gave a police discount to a guy so I think we have a good chance.

I wonder who that was

No money just basically saying if we have x cabins and x tents and pay six months in advance what can you do as a discount if we list you as the official camp site type thing.

Heck I have no money so I won't be paying for any ones spots. I sleep in my truck at the rest area south of Moab.
well my family would be interested in a deluxe cabin

You guys do realize that we filled up all but one cabin on the north side for basically all three days with BB attendees.

Not sure how many they have total.

I know my parents and Brent were over in the other older half of the world, I think there were several more that way too.

I would lay odds that we filled all but 1 or 2 of their total count of cabins and at least half a dozen camping spots. I think there were even one or two RV spots that were BB guys as well.

It would be nice if we could get a discount, but if nothing else we can at least consider Moab Rim the official unofficial BB campground.

From what I saw, at one point we occupied every single one of their cabins but one (the one I was in last year). That includes 6 of the 7 deluxe cabins, both of the cottages and all of the camping cabins.

I know there were at least 2 RV spots (Brent 2 and Wade) and several campsites as well.

OK we will be put in the north east area and they will give our group a 10% discount on ALL sites/cabins ect.

Things we have to do:
1. Tell them you are with coloradok5/ Blazer Bash group. When you make reservation!
2. Give feedback on your stay on tripadvisor.

Theressa asked that we make reservation starting on November 1st because the spaces are first come. You can cancel reservation if some thing comes up and she would like at least a months notice so others in our group can use it if needed.

She said she was glad to do it for us.

I'll take a cabin, might have my dad in his lifted 'burb and my brother in his Land Cruiser out for a trail run or two for BB.

OK my point about how many cabins we had already is we basically had them all.
So next year their aren't going to be many left, as in none.

I sometimes wonder what it would cost to just buy the whole damn place for five days and make it BB central.
It's too bad that they don't have an area that would be conducive to the BBQ. It would be kind of cool to be able to just let everyone stay and hang out rather than disperse after the raffle.

Then again the City park deal is one of the few places that has a large enough parking lot that everyone can fit into without issues. Plus it's kind of tradition now to have the BBQ there.

With enough people we could probably rent it all out. Bet the cabins go rather fast.

It is even closer to the BBQ spot then town.

I was thinking that for the 20th if we are all still alive!

I am going to get a spot so I can plug my CPAP in and sleep (???? sure) in my truck.

Now that I did that I am on to frying bigger fish.......

So if the cabins are all sold out when someone decides if they can make it or not what do other people do? Hotels in town?

I could always camp which is not a problem.

Realistically we probably had maybe 1/2 the attendees at Moab Rim this year so people stay at several different places around town. I only have experience with Moab Rim but some of the others can chime in with good places to stay.

Just reserved a cottage.

As of now, there are "7 or 8 cabins, both camping and deluxe, and 1 cottage still available for the second week in September"

from the horses mouth :D

and they offer the same discount for AAA members
