hmm not really, if you can try and straighten it without screwing it up look to see if it sweeps back (30-31) or curves down right after the wheel (28-29)

I Hear ya man, I would love to restore one of these but I dont have the resourses or time to rebuild one of these so I'll have to sell it. O and it doesn't way enough to be used as scrap, I can pick one end up on my own frame and all.
