motor in, few finishing questions.... anyone?

Hey all... I posted a few weeks ago about my current project, 79 /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif 4k original miles, but used to plow in ct. Swappend in a worked 350 thats been in the garage for a few years. Now, for those running Holley carbs, what did you all do for linkage? It is way off from the factory bracket The other major problem I have is that the alternator used to be on the passenger side of the motor, and the bracket mounted to the intake. My new intake doesnt have a hole for the mount I have, are there alternative's? anyone have or know where i could get a bracket that doesnt mount to the intake? I can take pics if it will help. I have used adjustable brackets like Summit sells for the linkage....

Hit the J Yards for a different alt. bracket....
