So i got some rancho 9000's, 15 inches of travel and it says to mount the body end down, the side with the adjustable nob on it. I was wondering if i can mount them upside down without harming them or ruining the performance because it leaves those little adjustable nobs in a very vulnerable position to get hit by rocks and what not.

I was thinking about that but if i get the in cab system and have to run air hoses to the shocks i would have to make them long enough to travel with the axle.

is it THAT tough to get out and turn a knob? i actually havent even touched mine since after about a month of having them.

haha no not really i guess its more the "wow" factor but thats still a ways down the road i still have to mount them and im still waiting on my drivelines

It states in the rancho catalog that the 9000 series shocks can be mounted in either direction.
