need some help asap want to get rid of the np203 and replace with some thing else want to get rid of full time 4wd which transfer case is direct bolt in for my aplication i have a turbo 350 tranny

A 27 spline NP205 will bolt right up, but I would look for a complete TH700R4/NP208 (or NP241) combo. Pick up overdrive, and ditch the full time 4x4.

Is there anything wrong with your 203? You can convert it to part time very easily. Or just use it how it is.

Only thing I ever disliked about the 203 was how fricken heavy it is. Other wise its hell for stout

not sure it started make a clanking noise its my daily driver so i need to find out what wrong asap with it i checked the front differntials and they looked fine so noise wasnt coming from there

so i found out the problem was front drive shaft i removed it and now what gear should i drive in since shaft is out i tryed hi and rear shaft wont engage i put in hi loc and it goes but can i drive in that gear with out destorying anything till i get front shaft in

Yeah you'll be fine
