*****EDIT**** 8/29/09
rear shackle flip is installed(echobit) and i can say while i didn't have to drop the tank or deal with those bastard rivets...what the hell!!!! what a pain in the ass, for lack of more R rated terms...those things dont line up well at all....lots of grinding/cutting/welding/etc.... but, they're finally done.... just gotta get drivelines/steering/tires/and lots of little stuff done.
oh yeah, zero rate and front superlift ubolt/stud kit are en route.... along with a new tach(didn't have one stock)
the body lift will be going on next week....enjoy...
well, i got the 12in front superlift springs installed. Dont worry about the temp washers on the ubolts and junk...a new stud/ubolt kit is on it's way...haha.... also, i gotta get a 2wd sector shaft and a good crossover arm(dont bother talkin about the junk that's on there now)
im trying to decide what to do about the rear lift....this is a BUDGET build and i have aal's and 4in blocks right now....im thinking about getting 8 in springs so i dont have to mess with dropping the tank and all the bs for the shackle flip. any input??? how hard is it to drop the tank???? i installd a flip on my old truck but htat was a pickup, so it was easy as can be.
i also have debated just getting an 8in block.
THIS IS GOING TO BE STRICTLY A MUD TRUCK, NOT TITLED OR DRIVEN ON THE STREET AT ALL
anyways, just wanted to whore some pics.....
