I'm looking for a pre '75 k5 full vert for my wife. I'm only looking to spend $4500 at the most. It doesn't have to be in perfect shape, but the body work needs to be decent. If I don't find her one she'll wanna drive mine.

Someones gonna be selling a full vert here soon, RIGHT?![]()

if you do not buy that blazer for that price for your wife you are a dam foolOk here we go. Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer in great condition inside and out. The truck has been completely redone using many new parts and is powered by a built 350ci motor with all the shiny stuff and go fast parts you would expect.
No expense was spared when doing the restoration on this truck. ,and tire package consisting of the wrangler MT/R's and custom polished aluminum wheels.,The sides of the rear compartment are finished with a spray in bed liner and then overlaid with carpet.
The list of some of the equipment:
-Built 350ci Chevy Small Block
-Automatic Transmission
-Edelbrock Hi-Rise Intake Manifold
-Edelbrock Performer Series Carburetor
-Stainless Steel Headers
-Power Steering
-Front Disc Brakes
-Rebuilt Transfer Case
-Rebuilt Differentials
-Locking Front Hubs
-New Custom Leaf Srings
-Goodyear MTR Tires and Custom Wheels
-New Radiator
-Dual Flowmaster Mufflers
-etc...
The motor sports a hi-rise intake manifold, and Edelbrock performer carb. ,This motor will be the envy of any true gearhead and has no problem spinning the big off road tires.

I found this for $4603, anybody wanna loan me $4600 until next week? I got my tax app. tomorrow at 1, so let me know what you guys think about it.![]()
if you do not want it let me know where it is at

I'm gonna be jealous of her if I get it for her. It's here in CA, but I think it might be a scam. I don't wanna drive 5 hours away to find out, so I'm trying to contact the owner. We'll see.![]()

Just kidding. I will email the guy and see if I can take a look at it. The only thing so far that makes me suspicious (other than the price) is that I dont see it advertized in the local trade express.
I was one of the good onesI do remember when the navy came to town, I was a bouncer in downtown Santa Barbara and had my hands full with you guysJust kidding. I will email the guy and see if I can take a look at it. The only thing so far that makes me suspicious (other than the price) is that I dont see it advertized in the local trade express.

! I loved Sharkies!
Well I just got word back from the guy and he's in FL. The CL ad was in Santa Barbara.

That's the exact response I got when I tried. It's a scam, too bad. Thanks for trying. This is what I got when I emailed about the craigslist add.
Hello and sorry for the late reply. Hope I'm not too late and you didn't already purchased another car.
For sale is my '72 Chevrolet K5 Blazer in great condition inside and out. The truck has been completely redone using many new parts and is powered by a built 350ci motor with all the shiny stuff and go fast parts you would expect ,factory air, in immaculate condition with only 13,685 miles, rust free, no scratch and hasn't been involved in any accident. The interior looks great (never smoked in). This car needs nothing and comes with a CLEAN title that will be signed and notarized on your name as soon as the payment will be completed.
My name is Carlton Holder and I'm an US Air Force Lieutenant currently stationed in Mayport NS base, near Jacksonville, Florida. The car is here also. I've decided to sell it because I will be deployed to Afghanistan and this car needs to be driven not sitting in some garage. I must sell it before February 05. I want this transaction to be smooth and I don't have much time at my disposal to waste my time with endless discussions. I believe $4,600(not negotiable) with all shipping fees anywhere in the continental US included is more than a fair price.
This is a large amount and I would like to conduct the deal using an authorized third party like eBay using their Purchase Protection Program, so this should eliminate any trust issues. They will keep the payment until the purchase is final, and you test and accept the car. If you will not get the car as described, and also a clean title you will receive your money back.
To be able to use this program you need to qualify. I have been approved 3 years ago and I was very satisfied. So, if you are interested in buying my car just let me know your name and shipping address.
I will forward them to eBay's protection program and wait for the approval.
Thank you,
Lt. Carlton Holder
