I have a late model 205 shifter without a knob and the boot and ring. I do have a couple older knobs.

That should work. I wonder if the knob from my 241 shifter would fit? Even if it doesn't, I'm sure I could always make a knob out of something. PM me your info so I can send some $ your way.
