Need ECM for 1989 K5 350 tbi

hwta service # ?

last 4 is 7747 for comon unit in most.

and do you need the prom chip also or just ecm ?

Not gonna lie. I have no idea what you are asking me. A local guy offered to do some TBI programming for me. He suggested that I get a spare ECM to do all the programming on. That's about as far as my knowledge on these things go

I'm not 100% sure but I think this came from an 89 or 90 350 tbi
If you want check the numbers,

our trucks dont hold the info in the ecm only the chip that pops in to the ecm socket.

i could be wrong but all i have read and know of these that info he gave you is wrong.

do a little searchin in the injection section here for lots of tbi info and custom programs.

here is location of chip http://www.tbichips.com/instructions.htm

Sheet, and to think I've been sitting on it for a few years for a TBI swap. I'm.not where I can google it now,
Thanks for looking it up

pull glove box and then drop the computer.

you need 7mm for 4 screws on glovebox door and 10 mm for 1 screw holding clip for computer.

then swing it out and read the sticker on top of it.
