put your voltmeter on the positive and negative of the battery, have someone crank the truck and see what the voltmeter drops to. Willing to bet on bad starter if the cables aren't corroded.

Do any of the other elec items work? I would look for a bad battery cable, both terminals and their tie-ins.

If everything else Elec works, would eyeball the solenoid. Had same problem due to solenoid, try taping it see if it spins.

Third, maybe ig switch on column...not the key part the actual switch above the pedals

check voltage to the starter, then to the juction box on the firewall. all your power comes from the starter lug.

Remove the ring terminals from the starter and clean them. Then check the fusible links there. Clean up the ring terminal on the negative battery cable. Usually when you lose everything it's just a bad connection. The classic symptom is when everything seems to work (like dome lights, etc.), then it all dies when you try to start it.
