Need help with Spare Carrier

I'm in need of a spare tire carrier. I have custom made bumpers that can be welded on without a problem and would like to stay away from body mounted spare tire racks.

My plan is to keep this K5 looking good and play with my other one. Looking for ideas and pics from other peoples custom jobs.

I was afraid of that.

Most all swing out tire carriers use Trailer hubs for a hinge. Easy to replace and find parts for. Makes cost low too.

However,

Our spindle is somewhat different than what you would pick up at the local farm and fleet store. The off the shelf spindles have a significant short coming.

Our hub is not a trailer piece either. It's a Chunk of DOM tubing bored out for race seats.
