Anyone have the HP/TQ rateings for...

1996-98 Vortec 454
1996-98 Vortec 350
1993-95 TBI 454
1993-95 TBI 350

I don't remember the torque ratings, but the HP rating for the 1996-98 Vortec 350 was 255 HP and for the 1993-95 TBI 350 it was either 200 or 205 HP. My wife's 94 Suburban is a total slug at this altitude. /forums/images/icons/mad.gif It can't keep up with traffic going west on I-70, and that's with nothing in tow. So I'd say don't even think about trying to tow the UAV behind one with the TBI 350. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

Yeah, I mainly wanted to compare the 93-95 TBI 454 with the Vortec 454 and 350.

I don't know if this will help anyone but this article has info concerning the pre vortec and vortec engines including diesel. It also shows what changes were made to all engines. I haven't read all the way through it but its got allot of good info.

I know the 454's.

The TBI 454 was 230HP 380TQ
The 454SS tbi was 250HP 395TQ
The Vortec454 was 290HP 410TQ
Vortec 350 was 255HP 330TQ
I think the tbi 350 was 230 and 310 but not sure about that one /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Also,

I had a 93 K2500 with the tbi454. It was good on power. I could tow my Jimmy at 80mph on the highway with no problem. I wouldnt always go that fast, but it could do it easily.
