I got the rear disc swap, and an 85 D60 up front
Both have metric banjo bolts for the lines.
Do Metric calipers and SAE take the same lines?
I need extended lines for the front (6" lift, plus some safety margin)
and some short lines for the rear to get to my hardlines on the axle housing.
I've been through the Post your part #'s list but can't figure out which lines I need.
I think the banjo bolts were 10mm.

The later 10 bolts had the metric banjo's, same as the D60 does. The D44's used the 7/16" banjo. I used left-over front 10 bolt lines for my rear calipers. No matter what, make sure to use new copper compression washers. It's the banjo end that is different, the other end will thread right in.

I used #3702-8 stainless lines from http://tsmmfg.com/Brake_Accessories_others.htm#STAINLESS DROP LINES to go from the rear calipers to the hard lines. The front lines will be a 10mm banjo fitting as well so just get some proper length stainless lines with that fitting and you're good to go.

Thanks Rene' and Scott...I thought the caliper ends would be the same, but wan't sure about the threaded line end....nice link Scott.

Figure out your thread sizes and call G&J aircraft in California, Phone #: (909) 986-6534, they custom cut everything and was cheaper than stainless from suummit or jegs, if ORD can't hook you up that is.
