Need some help

I am purchasing an 83 Blazer from Fourwheelerjeff and it has 3/4ton axles with 8" of lift. I got a few questions about wheels and tires. I would like to run 15's on it. What back spacing will i need to do this? Will i need to do any other mods to anything? Who sells cheap steel rims with that backspacing? My last question is can i run 39.5's on 8" of lift? or should i stick with 38s.

You can run 2.75 back spacing and clear with no grinding.
